Our Fees

 

Single Session

The fee for a personalised coaching session (50 minutes) is $200.

​You do not require a referral. Coaching sessions are not covered by Medicare.

 

When scheduling your first coaching session, a signed consent form must be completed.

​Payments for online coaching sessions will be required following the appointment. We will email the invoice to you on the day of your appointment. You will be able to make payment via bank transfer (details will be in the email) or, our receptionist will call to take payment over the phone.

Subscription Service - Recommended for seasonal stress/performance

The fee for the subscription service is $170 per week. (minimum 6 weeks)

What's included in the subscription service?

  • Intake session (1 hour).

  • 30 minute phone/video call session each week.

  • Weekly feedback and check-in questionnaire.

  • Access to daily messaging with your coach & their resource library. 

Coaching sessions are not a substitute for mental health assessment and treatment. If this is something you require please consult your General Practitioner.
